To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive the order within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that you provided. The shipping and handling fee displayed at the time of your order comes with 2 (Two) delivery attempts. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping and handling charge.

ALL ITEMS includes all customs fees such as duty and taxes. Your final shipping cost inclusive of all customs and delivery fees is displayed at point of checkout with No extra charges upon Delivery!

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier ( DHL, UPS, FedEX or TTPost ) and give them the tracking number and address the issue directly with them. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that after your payment is authorized and verified, it can take 24 hours to begin processing your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund you for the item(s) not in stock.

Pre-Order items and In Stock items can be ordered together but will be consolidated (Combined) and shipped via the DHL SHIPPING Method.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

(a) the product is no longer available
(b) the data provided is incorrect
(c) the supplier changes the original conditions of the transaction (price, availability, or any other condition).
