Returns & Exchanges


  • All products are covered by a 14 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY* unless stated a Certain amount of Days, No Warranty/Return/Exchange in the product description.
  • Warranty covers manufacturer defect on arrival ONLY (DOA).
  • Warranty becomes VOID if product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, accidentally drop, liquid damage, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair.
  • reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is indeed defective or not.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt. Return requests must be made via the resolution center by opening a support ticket. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included, which was sent to your email when you placed your order.


You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item and you must use a courier that provides a tracking number.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable (both ways).

During the return shipping, customers outside of Trinidad and Tobago is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs both ways. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 to 14 days. If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed for store credit minus the shipping and handling / delivery charges, and will automatically be applied to your Account for future your purchases. Store credit does not expire.

Note: A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from all refunds
