Return and Refund Policy


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Return requests must be made by opening a Support Ticket.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included, which was sent to your email when you placed your order.


You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item and you must use a courier that provides a tracking number.

Shipping, Handling fees & Customs fees are non-refundable (both ways).

During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs both ways. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 to 7 days. If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed for store credit minus the shipping and handling / delivery charges, and will automatically be applied to your Account for future your purchases. Store credit does not expire.

If you receive a refund and your order total was over TT$300, a flat TT$40 handling and processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
