Order Status Definitions:
- Processing – Order has been received. We are preparing it. Please allow up to 24 working hours for orders to be Processed.
- On Hold – Awaiting Payment. Please allow up to 24 working hours for payments to be verified.
- Preparing for Shipping – We are packaging your order. It will be shipped soon
- Shipped – Your order has been dispatched and should be delivered within the estimated time
- Undelivered – Address information needed; contact courier to reschedule delivery or pickup package at the Post Office in your area.
- Completed – Delivery of your order has been successful
- Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
Returning defective of arrival or unopened product is easy. Simply click the button below to start the return process by understanding our warranty and returns policy.
Mail your return to the address given on the authorized returns request from the Support Ticket.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your return package. It’s your responsibility to make sure we get back the return package as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
