How to pay with PayWise (NLCB)

How it Works?

1. Visit any 900+ NLCB VIA Bill Payment agent
2. Tell agent you are making a Paywise payment
3. Give agent the order number
4. Give agent the payment
5. Collect your receipt and Receive Your Order

Between placing your order to delivery, your order will be assigned one of many possible statuses. A notification email is automatically sent each time your order status is updated.

Order Status Definitions:

  • Processing – Order has been received. We are preparing it. Please allow up to 24 working hours for orders to be Processed.
  • On Hold – Awaiting Payment. Please allow up to 24 working hours for payments to be verified.
  • Preparing for Shipping – We are packaging your order. It will be shipped soon
  • Shipped – Your order has been dispatched and should be delivered within the estimated time
  • Undelivered – Address information needed; contact courier to reschedule delivery or pickup package at the Post Office in your area.
  • Completed – Delivery of your order has been successful
  • Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled.

To process a return, please follow these simple steps:

Returning defective of arrival or unopened product is easy. Simply click the button below to start the return process by understanding our warranty and returns policy.

Mail your return to the address given on the authorized returns request from the Support Ticket.

Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your return package. It’s your responsibility to make sure we get back the return package as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE MEANS?

The final cost displayed during checking out is inclusive of all fees.

All inclusive price means the total price inclusive of all customs duty / import fees and delivery charges. You do not have to pay any extra fees when the courier delivers your package to you.

WHAT IS DOMESTIC SHIPPING?

Domestic shipping is simply the shipment of goods from our local service point, directly to the address you entered during checkout.

Domestic Shipments can be via Postal System ,UPS , FedEx or DHL and typically takes 2-4 business days but can occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays.
